Tim Hampton
Vice President/Asset Management
An original member of Urban Southwest Capital, Mr. Hampton is responsible for all aspects of managing the existing assets in the portfolio. This includes financial reporting, supervising capital and tenant improvements, as well as all vendors associated with the assets. He is also responsible for underwriting and analysis during the acquisition and disposition processes. From 2002 to 2004 he was an Acquisitions Analyst for Americo Real Estate, handling due diligence for potential investments. In 2004, he was given various property management assignments, eventually overseeing a 1.2 million square foot portfolio of warehouse and office buildings. Mr. Hampton is a licensed real estate broker in Texas and holds professional training certificates in Argus and Yardi software. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a BS in Engineering Management, Information & Systems.
