Dennis McCleskey
Vice President/Marketing
Mr. McCleskey formed Great Southwest Realty, a commercial real estate brokerage firm in the early 1990's after 13 years as Vice President of DWB Properties, a commercial real estate development company. He headed the marketing effort on all new development projects including office/warehouse, office/tech, and office buildings throughout the DFW Metroplex. He earned partnership status and owned a percentage of each new deal the firm completed. Prior to DWB Properties, Mr. McCleskey earned his business degree from the University of Texas in 1978 with an emphasis on business management. He went to work for Nabisco Foods as a sales representative, but after one year joined Vantage Companies, a full service real estate company. He specialized in industrial real estate brokerage before joining the Swearingen Company where he met the founders of DWB Properties.
