This 81,000 square foot building was purchased in June 2007.  Due to the stability of its major tenants, it was decided to acquire it with 10 year fixed rate debt, and to hold the building long term.  The buyers were able to reduce operating expenses by approximately $1.00 per square foot.  As of May 2009, occupancy has declined somewhat due to the economic downturn.
